Living and working in Denmark: information meeting vol. 2

This information meeting is aimed at international researchers, who have lived in Denmark for a bit and is interested in learning more about career at UCPH, rules for buying property in Denmark and much more. 

The topics that will be covered are among others:

  • The Danish model – why trade unions?
  • Danish language lessons – why learn Danish? 
  • Danish work culture (for example, what is a MUS-samtale?)
  • Unemployment funds and how they work
  • Buying property in Denmark
  • Residency rules such as sideline employment and permanent residency (for non-EU citizens)

You will also get a chance to speak with the ISM staff if you have any other questions. 

We serve coffee, tea and croissants from 8:45 and lunch will be served after the meeting at 12:30 pm.
