Information meeting vol. 2: living and working in Denmark

This information meeting is aimed at international researchers, who have lived in Denmark for a while and who are interested in learning more about working in Denmark and at UCPH, rules for buying property in Denmark and much more.

The topics that will be covered are among others:

  • Danish work culture (for example, what is a MUS-samtale?)
  • Danish language lessons – why learn Danish?
  • The Danish model – why trade unions?
  • Unemployment funds and how they work
  • Buying property in Denmark
  • Residency rules such as sideline employment and permanent residency (for non-EU citizens)

You will also get a chance to speak with the ISM staff if you have any other questions.

We serve coffee, tea and croissants from 8:45 and lunch will be served after the meeting at 12:30 pm.

We look forward to seeing you!
