Join us online for a winter and spring 2021 filled with resources, inspiration, and informative workshops with leading mental health advocates.

From September to November 2021, International Staff Mobility (ISM) offers again a new series of unique, dynamic and interactive online and onsite workshops in International House Copenhagen, focusing on well-being, resilience, re-shaping and/or re-assessing goals and beliefs, as well as mental soundness. In these blended series of interactive workshops, you will dive deeper into these topics, as well as purposeful habits and the neuroscience behind well-being.
