From September to November 2021, International Staff Mobility (ISM) offers again a new series of unique, dynamic and interactive online and onsite workshops in International House Copenhagen, focusing on well-being, resilience, re-shaping and/or re-assessing goals and beliefs, as well as mental soundness. In these blended series of interactive workshops, you will dive deeper into these topics, as well as purposeful habits and the neuroscience behind well-being.
The workshops are specifically designed to address and acknowledge some of the well-being challenges we may face in the current situation, to equip participants with hands on tools that can ease these challenges, and to raise awareness about coping with change. Together, we will focus on defining well-being and provide tips and tools to help integrate it into everyday living. The workshops are interactive, solution oriented with individual tasks and provide hands on tools to apply in your professional as well as personal life.
