National gallery of Denmark - Henri Matisse
Join us on a Tour of the National gallery of Denmark to view the exhibition ‘Det røde atelier’ (The red studio) by the French painter Henri Matisse.
Henri Matisse (1869-1954) is one of the great painters of the 20th century. In 1911 he painted ‘The red studio’, which is seen as a key piece of the European modernism. The painting is owned by MoMA (Museum of modern arts) and is borrowed by the National gallery of Denmark for a time. The National gallery of Denmark owns three different pieces by Matisse, and for the first time in over a century the paintings are reunited.
Join us on a guided tour of the exhibition and experience the National gallery of Denmark.
