Working at the University very often involves high personal and organisational ambitions. You therefore have to be able to work in a strong balance between ambitions and resources – both your own and within the group.
This workshop focuses on stress and balance from a psychological and organisational perspective.
a clear understanding of what stress is and how to interpret potential signs of stress
knowledge about different reasons that you and/or your group may be influenced or threatened by stress
knowledge about initiatives that can increase the well-being and help to manage your balance
We will introduce you to three different understandings of stress and how stress is linked to balance and efficiency.
