JOB CAFÉ Co-Lab: How to Crack the Code of Networking in Denmark – Part 2

JOB CAFÉS 2026 – A NEW FORMAT

In 2026, we are excited to introduce a new Job Café concept designed to help you not only learn—but actively put your learning into practice. Each Job Café will be part of a two-session cycle, held bi-weekly:

  1. Theme-based Job Café
In the first session, we dive into a specific job-search theme. Together, we explore relevant topics and provide you with concrete tools, insights, and inspiration you can use right away.
  2. Practice-oriented Job Café
At the following Job Café, you get the opportunity to work actively with what you have learned. This session is all about applying tools, sharing experiences, and learning from each other in a supportive setting.

Here, you can:

  • Spar and exchange experiences with peers
  • Give and receive constructive feedback
  • Use and refine the tools introduced in the theme session
  • Share challenges, successes, and practical tips

By combining learning with hands-on practice, this format strengthens peer learning and helps turn knowledge into action. We truly look forward to exploring this new approach together with you—and to hearing your feedback as we go.
