  • Raise awareness about Seligman’s PERMA Model
  • Focus on the importance of impactful daily routines and how to implement them
  • Explore with the help of the well-being wheel what parts of our lives need more attention
  • Have the opportunity to learn how to Breathe correctly and relax

 

Participating in this event you will gain:

  • Knowledge on how to implement purposeful, daily routines
  • Insight of the PERMA Model and how it leads to a more fulfilled life when applied daily
  • An understanding and insight into which areas of their life they would like to focus on to increase well-being with the use of a personalised Well-Being wheel
  • Knowledge regarding de-stressing breathing and visual techniques
