ISM submits work permit

When ISM has collected all the necessary information and documentation from you and your HR contact person, we will submit the application on your behalf. We can submit the application approximately 3 months before the start of your employment at the earliest.

The documentation we need to submit the application is: 1. Copy of all pages in your passport, 2. Receipt of fee payment, 3. Letter of employment or contract, 4. Power of attorney, and 5. Education diploma.

If you are an employed Ph.D., you must submit the second part of the application yourself after ISM has sent you a link and a password when we have submitted the first part of the application. You must attach the above-mentioned documentation yourself when you submit your part of the application.
